For HANDICAPPED LEAGUES - Use this handicap sheet for your handicaps for the FIRST match that your team physically plays, after that please adjust the shooting order to ALWAYS be highest to lowest PPD as found on the weekly stats, or MPR for leagues with Singles games. Please double check to ensure that your handicap is the same as found online.

**NOTE:  Player averages at the time of team sign-up may not be reflected below...due to the fact that player averages on the TOC website fluctuate on a daily basis, the HIGHEST cpr of either the sign-up or the current as reflected on the TOC website, at the time of each new league, will be used for handicapping (where applicable).

Break-Out Rule…To ensure the fairest competition and as fail-safe measure to prevent stacking of teams or other activity that cause damage to league competition, players are strongly advised to review their cumulative league statistic to ensure their league-starting statistics accurately demonstrate the true skill and darting ability of each player on a team. This is necessary to avoid the team "breaking out" during the course of a league session.
"Break-out during league" is applied at any time after three weeks of league play, or after players have achieved a minimum of 120 darts thrown in 01 games or 120 darts thrown in cricket games, to any team of players whose current league stats when added together exceed originally rostered team cpr.  For example:  league cap is 100.   Any team, that performs @ 25% or more above 100 is deemed a “break out” and is required to modify the team roster to return to a team combination under a total of 125 cpr (100 + 25% =  125). If no combination of existing players fits under the break-out cap, a new player must be added to the team and only a player who has previously established a true "history stat" enabling a team to be fielded under 125 cpr. Any matches played in breach of this rule are subject to be disqualified.
“Break-out during TOC” - any player who, after having thrown 120 darts at the TOC or in remote tournaments, who out performs their “registration stat” by more than 25% shall be deemed to “break out” and will be required to modify any Doubles or Triples team they are on in later TOC flighted Doubles or Triples contests - if their new team total exceeds the flight range for which their team is in. If byes are available in higher flights we reserve the right to move the team to the next appropriate higher flight. If there are no byes, the team will be required to replace one of the players with a sub adequate to ensure the team still fits within the flight range. If tournament break-out occurs in a remote tournament the penalty of points loss applies to all players on the team that contains any player whose tournament perfomance PR exceeds registration PR by 25% or more.  We realize every player is different. Many will improve during tournament competition when compared to local league play and vice-versa, some will decrease in performance. We have tracked thousands of players in the past and have evaluated historical data in determining where the break out line shall be drawn. Outperforming 25% or more is not normal. All normal players need not be concerned. This Break Out Policy will not harm normal tournament performance improvement.
