The Site provides league management, tournament participation, ranking systems, and related services for participants, partners, and administrators.

You agree to use the Site only for its intended purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and applicable laws.

2) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3) Participation in Leagues and Events

Participation in leagues, tournaments, and events may be subject to additional rules, formats, eligibility requirements, and Partner-specific conditions.

By registering, you agree to comply with:

4) Partner Relationships

A "PPD Partner" is any vendor who owns or operates dart machines connected to the PPD system to provide PPD products and services.

PPD provides a platform connecting participants and Partners but does not control or guarantee the actions, services, or operations of individual Partners.

5) Payments and Fees

Certain events or registrations may require payment. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal.

Refund policies, if applicable, may be determined by the event or Partner and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

6) Rankings, Statistics, and Data

The Site maintains rankings, statistics, and historical data based on available information.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or error-free.

We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or remove data at our discretion.

7) Earnings and Tax Responsibility

Participants may earn money through participation in leagues or tournaments.

You are responsible for providing accurate tax information, including IRS Form W-9 where required, and for complying with all tax obligations.

PPD may issue required tax forms such as Form 1099 based on recorded earnings.

8) Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to engage in behavior that is harmful to the platform, participants, Partners, or the sport of darts.

You agree to follow all applicable PPD rules, policies, and Codes of Conduct provided to participants or Partners.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations at our discretion.

9) Communications

By participating in leagues or events, you agree to receive communications necessary for coordination, scheduling, and administration. This may include communications with other participants and Partners.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in events.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
